Some shop-bought sauces are loaded with sugar. You can make up your own fresh batch and enjoy with any protein such as chicken, beans or even just vegetables.

125g large breast of free-range chicken,
1 portion of Tomato & Bacon Sauce
80g green beans
80g broccoli, steamed
Method
Make up the sauce as per the recipe link
Grill, fry or roast the chicken – you can do it on its own or cook it in the sauce to capture all the juices.
Steam the veggies and serve on the side
