Creamy Onion Sauce for Chicken or Turkey

Sauce can make a meal really tasty and we can use cream in the low-carb eating plan. You can choose low-fat cream if you wish. Because it is an animal fat, I use a small enough portion size. Chicken broth is great for the gut.
