Lizi’s Granola, Rich Yoghurt & Almond milk

Lizi’s Granola & Homespun has a great protein to carbohydrate profile and is rich in good fats ensuring a slow blood sugar rise. Thinking of this breakfast gets me out of bed quicker than usual! Homespun is gluten free.

I know the Carb is high and I know the fat is high but some days if you feel like granola, just have it, and adjust the rest of your day by choosing low carb green veggies on the LCHF plan  and low fat dressings and lean meats on the LFHP plan.

Ingredients

2cereal spoons (30g) Lizi’s original granola OR 37g Homespun Quinoa Crunch

100g full fat luxury Greek yoghurt

30g pomegranates (5C) or 100g raspberries (5C)

Method

Mix together and enjoy.

You can take in portable jar to work.

If you tend towards constipation, add flax seeds whole.
