Soy, Sesame & Ginger Salad Dressing

This dressing is designed for a beef salad, where you have pre-cooked a joint of beef and add an earthy side of beets, raw red cabbage and carrot slaw with fresh green leaves. DIVINE. In this dressing you get an omega 9 and 6 balance of fats.

When making a dressing, season it and taste as you go. It needs to be a powerful hit on your tastebuds because once it is on food, the ‘hit’ will lessen/dilute somewhat.
